A low pressure system is responsible for the snow and gusty winds across the Central Great Plains on Wednesday. *Tonight: *Rain and snow likely before 10pm, then snow. Areas of blowing snow after 2am. Low around 28. Blustery, with a north wind 15 to 20 mph increasing to 20 to 25 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible. *Veterans Day:* A 40 percent chance of snow before 8am. Areas of blowing snow before 11am.
