Glamour Magazine came out with their 50 Hometown Heroes inspiration section that featured one major hometown hero, Cheyenne's own Molly Kruger, program director at CLIMB Wyoming. Here's what Glamour had to say about Kruger
program director of CLIMB Wyoming's Cheyenne branch, Molly Kruger, 34,
oversees the organization's largest program in the state, leading a team of
six people who offer low-income single mothers free job training, helping
them find careers that will support their families. "The mothers who come
to us are ready to make a difference in their lives and work hard to make
that happen," says Kruger, who has a background in counseling. "We infuse
support and an unconditional positive regard for women who may have never
experienced that before." The program has helped nearly 800 mothers, and,
according to Kruger, its graduates often see their monthly income double
within two months."
Congratulations for the enormous success CLIMB Wyoming has experienced with
the help of Kruger and her leading team!
