(Cheyenne, Wyo.) - The Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund recently awarded over $230,000 to 24 cultural organizations in Wyoming, one organization from Laramie County, announced Tuesday
The Children's Museum of Cheyenne was the only organization is Laramie
County to receive the award in the highly competitive grant cycle. The
organization was awarded $14,831 for architectural design, according to the
WCTF. The grant will be used for CMC's design development, the next phase
in their design process.
"Thank you to the Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund who recently awarded CMC a
nearly $15,000 grant...With every step we get closer," Children's Museum of
Cheyenne recently said of the grant.
Awards are given to support a variety of projects that include historic
preservation activities, an endowment challenge, arts in education
programming, a documentary, performance equipment, museum design, marketing
projects and oral histories.
