Winds west to southwest 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph that will impact driving and create hazardous travel for lightweight and high profile vehicles. Periods of strong winds will continue over southeast Wyoming through Tuesday and Wednesday, a high wind watch is in effect from Cheyenne to Kimball, Nebraska.
