FFA Wyoming AGvocacy Week kicks off today with #AgistheAnswer

(Wyoming) - Today is the kickoff day for agriculture advocacy this week in Wyoming. Governor Matt Mead signed a proclamation for this week to be Wyoming FFA Advocacy Week, on Friday. The world's population is expected to reach 9 billion people by 2056, with more people needing food, clothing, shelter and medicine. With a shrinking natural resource base, the world is expected to need to meet those needs while somehow conserving our environment and preserving our culture, according to Wyoming FFA Association. That's where Wyoming FFA believe agriculture will be able to accomplish those efforts through future farmers, ranchers, scientists, business owners, educators, and conservationists. *h/t photo: Wyoming FFA Association/Pitchengine Communities* This week, Wyoming AGvocacy Week, advocates for Wyoming agriculture will be discussing how agriculture is the answer.
