Wind gusts in excess of 60 mph are expected to develop this evening and continue through Thursday morning in the wind prone areas of southeast Wyoming. Outside the wind prone areas, wind gusts of 40 to 45 mph will create areas of blowing snow along and west of the Laramie Range.
