(Cheyenne, Wyo.) - Students in grades 9-12 can participate in an evening of free activities at the Youth Activity and Community Center on Saturday, March 12. The event, held from 4 pm-6 pm, is designed to offer teens a variety of fun activities such as freeze tag, ultimate Frisbee, painting, and more, that they can participate in with friends or on their own. The event is being held in conjunction with Mental Health Month to remind teens and others that they need to take a break from their school work and other activities to have fun and relax.
