Change of venue for 2 community Easter egg hunts this weekend

(Cheyenne, Wyo.) - Spring in Wyoming has pushed for a change of venue for two community egg hunts this weekend. *Here's an update of community Easter egg hunts:* *SATURDAY, MARCH 26* - The City's Traditional Easter Egg Hunt will now be an “Easter Egg Giveaway” to be held at the Youth Activity & Community Center (1317 Parsley Blvd.) at 10 a.m. Please bring your own bag. The Underwater Egg Hunt will continue as planed at the Cheyenne Aquatics Center beginning at 5 p.m. *BONUS*:*(Pitchengine Communities will be in attendance for the Underwater egg hunt with three giveaway baskets!) *For more information, contact the Leisure Services Division at (307) 637-6423. - Due to recent weather conditions and projected forecasts, the 6th Annual Historic Governors’ Mansion Egg Hunt will be held at the Wyoming State Museum – 2301 Central Avenue. Same great event, same time, different location! Event starts at 9 a.m. sharp for toddlers ages 2-4 years and their parents. Each egg is stuffed with a fun educational fact about the history of the Mansion and our First Families, as well as treats galore. Get to the State Museum early as this event is free and the eggs go fast. Call 637-6423 with questions or to volunteer. - 10 a.m. - FREE: Cheyenne Health Care Center hosts an Easter egg hunt for the community at 2700 E. 12th St. Following the egg hunt there will be pictures with the Easter bunny, crafts and games. Bring your own baskets, the egg hunt will take place rain or shine.
