All-inclusive playground funded 75 percent of the way following matching funds donation

(Cheyenne, Wyo.) - The fundraising project for an all-inclusive, universally accessible, playground at Cahill Park just received another $25,000 in donations for its construction, Apr. 27. In January, HollyFrontier committed to donate up to $25,000 in matching funds for donations secured by volunteers of the Friendship Playground Fund (FPF) in the month of February. The FPF​ and its volunteers, under the the fiscal sponsorship of the Cheyenne Kiwanis Club Foundation, are provately raising funds to support the construction of the playground. The Cheyebnne City Parks and Recreation Division is committed to constructing a destination playground in 2016 that will serve all citizens and visitors of all ages and physical abilities.
