May Mobilization campaign, local law enforcement agencies bring awareness to seat belt use

(Cheyenne, Wyo.) - Law enforcement officers joined with City and Government officials to celebrate the May Mobilization campaign event, May 17. The campaign event brings awareness to the importance of seat belt usage in any motorized vehicle.
