A community open house on the future of Hot Springs State Park has been set for May 2nd in Thermopolis at the county fire hall on 14th street, 5 to 7 p.m. The draft master plan created for the future of the park is now available to view, and a comment period has been established through June 6th. The plan addresses issues "related to water use and management, recreation
needs and desires, resource protection and partnership development,"
according to the draft plan.
