#1 - Another Exceptional Feast! Chef Matt Wallop prepares an elegant, locally sourced dinner arrangement, including tapas, main course sides and dessert.

#3 - Keynote Mike Callicrate - Rancher/Animal/Consumer Advocate, Mike Callicrate is an independent cattle producer, business entrepreneur and political activist. He serves as an outspoken leader in addressing the rural, social and cultural impacts of current economic trends and regulations.
#4 - Twelve food focused workshops - From backyard poultry and seed saving to social media branding and marketing for the small to mid scale producer.

The event kicks off 5pm Friday, October 21st at the Wyoming Food For Thought Center with a Banquet featuring Lucie Amundsen, Author of Locally Laid: How We Built a Plucky, Industry-Changing Egg Farm--From Scratch
The festivities continue Saturday 7am to 7pm at the Casper Fairgrounds, AG Resource Building with twelve consumer and producer focused workshops, a farmer’s market, keynote with Mike Callicrate followed by more workshops and a Local Meat Processing panel discussion. Saturday wraps up with a dinner and discussion finale.
