KANSAS CITY, Mo. (August 18, 2016) – Both Summit Grill and Bar locations introduce new menu items. The new items are featured across the menu and include starters, salads, burgers and entrees. The new items incorporate seasonal and local produce and unique ingredients, such as local heirlooms from Greenwillow Farms, fresh mozzarella, Nueske’s bacon and roasted jalapeno aioli. Back by popular demand is the Dry Rub burger.
The following menu items are now available:
House-made hummus – grilled pita, fresh vegetables, EVOO
Local Heirloom Tomato Salad – Greenwillow Farms heirlooms, fresh mozzarella, balsamic reduction, EVOO
Dry Rub Burger – dry rubbed, house BBQ, smoked bacon, smoked Gouda, roasted jalapeno aioli
Chicken & Bacon Mac n’ Cheese – blackened chicken, Nueske’s smoked bacon, creamy cheese sauce
Seafood Pasta – shrimp, scallops, asparagus, peas, tomatoes, fettuccini, white wine cream sauce

Summit Bar and Grill is a casual American restaurant opened in Lee’s Summit, Missouri in 2012 and Kansas City, Missouri’s historic Waldo neighborhood in Oct. 2014.
